These stainless steel panels were designed to disguise utility access panels in the lobby of the IDA HQ.  They feature partially cut holes that shimmer as visitors and employees walk by, and feature the agency's motto in binary code -hidden in plain sight! The motto phrase was a design element that was repeated throughout the architecture of this beautiful new building in Alexandria, VA.
